Issues including everything from the rise of \'stealth ownership\' of organic product lines by the largest food corporations to how organic strawberries have become the focus of a major debate about their nutritional benefits and the health of farmworkers and why the world\'s largest processor of organic food is located in a remote province of China are examined. The New Green Giants exposes the complex and controversial world of today\'s organic food industry.
